Our virtual stroke recovery program provides you with a wide range of support to meet your needs. We offer guidance from a Kandu Navigator, resources in our easy-to-use app, and connection to our stroke community. Kandu is here to support you in building the life you want after stroke.

How Kandu Works
You begin the program by meeting with a Kandu Doctor.
Kandu Navigator
Your personal Kandu Navigator provides ongoing one-on-one support to understand your specific needs and help you manage your recovery. They can support you with:
- Adapting to life after your stroke
- Preparing for doctor appointments
- Managing insurance and financial support
Kandu Platform
With the Kandu App, you can easily access helpful information and resources anytime, anywhere. The easy-to-use Kandu App lets you:
- Learn about your stroke recovery
- Track symptoms, tasks, and recovery progress
- Message your Kandu Navigator
- Connect with other stroke survivors
Join Us!
You are qualified to register for the Kandu program if:
- You speak English or Spanish
- You or your care partner has a smartphone
- You are not currently an inpatient at a hospital or skilled nursing facility
