Bryan Henry

Bryan Henry is a devout middle school teacher in Northern California for 18+ years. He has an insatiable love for the great outdoors and loves to inspire young minds with music, art, gardening and encouraging them to believe they should never give up on a challenge. Bryan had a large CVA in late 2019 that rendered his right side completely weak. Within the past two years he has made huge improvements in mobility. Currently, not being able to play his guitar or work yet, he is sharing his recovery experience with all and advocacating for people living with stroke. Kandu has given him a great platform and purpose for helping those who are struggling with their own recovery and is excited to learn about a new side of himself that still has the talents and the passion he had pre-stroke in supporting his community, family and friends.
