Chelsea started her nursing career 18 years ago as a bedside nurse in the Cardiovascular and Neuro-Surgical Intensive Care Units. She completed graduate school 4 years ago and is now a highly qualified and board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner working in Interventional Cardiology in Southern California. Chelsea is extremely passionate, driven to deliver the highest quality medical care, and she is also a fervent patient advocate. One of the areas of greatest need that she is focusing on currently in her clinical practice, and with Kandu, is care across the patient continuum to avoid unnecessary readmissions and complications due to lack of education and resources.
