Maya Lewis started her career as a labor and delivery nurse. She then transitioned to the emergency department where she stayed for 15 years. After all those years in emergency medicine, she made the great transition to stroke coordinator at Cedars-Sinai, where she started her career. She loves initiating and implementing change and is excited to bring hew methods of stroke education to patients and their families.
